More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience babysitting my four-year-old niece and five-year-old nephew on a regular basis. My responsibilities include supervising their playtime, preparing snacks and meals, helping with bedtime routines, and creating fun activities that keep them engaged and learning. I also help them with early learning skills, such as reading simple words, counting, and practicing good manners.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love spending time with kids and finding fun, creative ways to help them learn and grow. With my four-year-old niece and five-year-old nephew, I enjoy reading them stories, coloring, and doing arts and crafts together. We play games, build with blocks, and spend time outside whenever we can. I also like helping them learn new things, like counting, recognizing letters, and even basic sign language, which they’ve really enjoyed picking up.
Teaching them sign language has been especially rewarding because it helps them express themselves in new ways and builds their confidence. I always try to make our time together fun, safe, and full of laughter. Seeing them learn something new or smile because of something we did together is my favorite part of caring for children.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was with my niece and nephew. I was teaching them some simple sign language, and after a few days of practice, they started using the signs on their own to ask for things or say “thank you.” Seeing how proud they were made me so happy. It was amazing to watch them learn something new and realize that I had helped them do that. Moments like that remind me how special it is to work with children—to see them grow, laugh, and discover the world in their own little ways.

Hi! My name is Ariana, I’m 18 years old and currently a high school senior with about 4–5 years of childcare experience. I’ve worked with children from newborns to 13 years old and am CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always important to me. I truly enjoy being around kids and building real bonds with them not just supervising, but teaching, supporting, and helping them grow at every stage. Whether it’s caring for infants, helping with homework, or creating fun and meaningful activities, I love being someone they feel safe and comfortable with. Taking care of children genuinely brings me happiness 🤍 especially babies 🍼. I’m currently looking for a part-time position since I’m finishing my senior year, but I do have early dismissal which gives me afternoon availability. I would love to be a calm, dependable, and positive presence in your child’s life 🌷.

Babysitter Available in Knightdale, NC: Anyah B.
Hello!
My name is Anyah Brooks, and I’m 20 years old. I’m currently entering my junior year at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I’m pursuing a degree in pre-nursing.
I am CPR and first aid certified, and I’ll be receiving my CNA license soon. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and aim to create a safe, warm, and engaging environment for them.
A little about me: I love music, baking, and traveling. I’m very family-oriented, and I have a natural love for animals. I do have reliable transportation; however, I prefer to babysit in the family’s home to ensure the safety of your children and avoid any risk or responsibility associated with car travel.
At this time, I’m looking for flexible, short-term babysitting opportunities that can work around my school and travel schedule. I’d be happy to help during evenings, weekends, or on an as-needed basis.
