Hello! My name is Karen Venturini. I am 25 years old. I've been working with some families around Lomita, Torrance and Redondo, but I have some week days available for other families who might need the help. Let's chat!

I love to cook, to read and to study. I speak fluently portuguese, english, spanish and italian.

I am a dietitian/nutritionist and i’ve been working with kids, teenagers and adults to help them manage their health, energy, performance in daily life through food. I have been working with some families as a private chef delivering nurturing meals in their home.

I love to practice exercises, eat healthy and be outdoors. I am very calm and patient. Also very outgoing and communicative. Creativity is also my main motivation when keeping young ones engaged and busy.

I don’t smoke, no alcohol and I love pets.
