More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I am new in the nannying career however I have had experience watching over children for years, from my younger twin siblings who I have looked after for as long as I can remember, to cousins, nieces, and family members alike. I have helped babysit with others and have a personality that is great with kids and works well with their changes in mood, creative playtimes, attitudes, and feelings that come with the job. Being able to create a safe and learning environment where I can adequately watch over and be there for a young mind is a joy and offers a great opportunity of work that I am passionate for and a job I look forward to coming to everyday. As an additional side note; I am working as well towards the certification of First Aid Training/AED/CPR!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am open to doing many fun and creative activities indoor and outdoor alike! From the normal every day ones to new and unique personality and mind enhancing ones that I could put together to spontaneous activities for entertainment that may be requested!
The most important part about being a nanny...
There are many important qualities when it comes to being a nanny and even more important parts when it comes to what you are for the child(ren) that you are looking over. I think the first to ensure is that you are a safe space for them at all times and are able to attend to how they feel and connect with them in ways that make it easier for both. Understanding boundaries and the childs personality are good components, as well as your top priority being to watch over them and keep them safe while respecting and maintaining a good relationship between each other and being a role model for them to be able to teach valuable life lessons here and there.
My experience with special needs children...
As of now I have no experience with special needs children other than the occasional interactions and conversations from peers in school and a trip to a special needs school i partook in with a club I was involved in in high school where we hung out with and played with special needs elementary kids for valentines day, however I am open to learning and connecting with any special needs children encountered in my nannying career!!

Babysitter Available in Tuscaloosa, AL: Yzabella W.
Hello, my name is Bella. I am an Accounting student at the University of Alabama with over six years of experience caring for children ages 1 to 11 in both babysitting and professional childcare settings. I am dedicated to working with children and value building strong relationships with them and their families.
For the past three summers, I worked full-time at Vacation Station, the after-school and out-of-school childcare program at my hometown elementary schools. In my first two summers, I alternated between supervising groups of 15 to 25 children and providing one-on-one support for children with special needs. Most recently, I worked exclusively with a nonverbal autistic student, offering individualized support throughout daily activities.
