The most important thing about being a nanny is being able to provide for all kids in whatever they need. Whether that being preparing meals, playing outside, safe driving to/from activities, bath time, or changing diapers, I feel it is extremely important to nurture the children in a proactive way. Being a nanny is about being responsible and caring for children that are not your own. I place a high value on creating a positive and safe environment for the children I nanny and I think that is the most important part.
