This is a really hard question to answer because there are so many moments I have loved while being a nanny. From seeing her learn to flip over, crawl, and walk to watching her discover the things that she likes to do. I have been there as she leaned to better self soothe, stop drinking both formula and milk, and how to fall asleep on her own. I have loved every moment something has clicked in her head, like how certain toys work, how to use a straw, some sign language, and starting to talk. But some of my favorite moments were between her hugs, kisses, calling me friend every time she sees me, and hearing her say I love you!
