The most important part about being a nanny is to develop a caring relationship with the kids so they can be themselves and learn as they go! It's important to allow kids to experiment (safely) and learn new things, which is why I enjoy planning activities that'll not only entertain but also teach the kiddos!

I have cared for a young teen with POTS with whom I took to the mall and out of coffee occasionally. I was in charge of knowing her emergency plan and when and how to administer emergency medicine if need be. Additionally, I have worked with children with mild to severe ADHD and learnt how to redirect mild behaviors in a positive and respectful manner.
