A little bit about me

My name is KateLynn, but I have gone by Miss cat for the past four years. I have worked in early childhood education for almost 7 years. I have worked mostly with 2 to 3-year-olds I have been called the potty training guru. I have worked with younger kiddos as well as older kiddos. I am the eldest out of eight between my moms and my dad’s side. I have a son that just turned seven years old. I am familiar with all kinds of animals. I have two cats and two dogs, but I grew up with chickens and tortoises and bunnies as well as reptiles.
I have worked in assisted living and Q map prior to having my son. I’ve also worked closely with kiddos and families that have had children diagnosed with special needs while being in my classroom. I started with my CDA and went to AIMS for early childhood education and I am two or three classes away from a director certification, but I did take a break to focus on my family. I’m a dedicated and hard worker who advocates for children and families.
