Currently I am a Pre-K teacher until my degree is finished to move forward into Primary, would absolutely love to do second or third grade. During distance learning, I managed a small group of eight. We called it an Academic Pod. I managed schedules throughout the day while tutoring them in any areas of struggle. During breaks, we engaged in activities and worked on homework. Beyond that, we celebrated every holiday and made sure to make distance learning less harsh.
