I have experience babysitting and caring for younger children, including helping keep them entertained, preparing snacks and meals, cleaning up, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. I’m also used to being around younger kids through cheer and gymnastics and really enjoy working with them!

I love doing arts and crafts, playing outside, going on walks, playing games, watching movies, baking, and coming up with fun activities based on what the kids enjoy! I’m very energetic, so I’m always happy to actually play and interact with them.

I think the most important part is making sure children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while also having fun! I want parents to feel confident that their children are in responsible hands and the kids to be excited when I’m coming over.

I don’t have much direct experience caring for children with special needs yet, but I am patient, understanding, and willing to learn each child’s individual needs and routines.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite childcare memory was being a summer camp counselor, at Camp Albemarle, and getting to spend every day with my campers! Some of my favorite moments were taking three of my campers sailing, playing with them at the splash pad, and doing different activities together throughout the week. I loved getting to know each of their personalities and seeing how excited they were for our activities. Being their counselor showed me how much I genuinely enjoy caring for kids and making fun memories with them!
