The most important part about being a nanny...

The best part about being a nanny is building a special bond with each child and being someone they feel safe, loved, and understood by. I love watching their personalities blossom, celebrating their milestones, and helping them navigate their emotions as they grow. Knowing I can make a positive, lasting impact on a child’s life and become someone they genuinely trust is the most rewarding part of what I do.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children and young adults ages 6–21 in a residential treatment facility, as well as supporting special education students at Bellevue Elementary. I am familiar with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and other diverse needs. I provide patient, compassionate, and individualized care to help every child feel safe, understood, and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Oh my goodness, there are so many, but one moment that really touched my heart was when I went to pick up LS from daycare. As soon as I walked through the back door, she ran straight to me, wrapped her arms around me, and started crying. The staff told me she had been crying throughout the day, saying she wanted her nanny. That moment reminded me just how meaningful the bond between a nanny and a child can be. It was such a beautiful feeling to know that I brought her comfort and that our connection meant so much to her.
