I love the educable moment! But it really depends on what stimulates the child; I had twins and they had completely different interests. I like to go outdoors and for walks, I like reading to baby and all ages, and also anything that gets them thinking, but feels like playing; puppets, blocks, music, paint, etc. I am also open to whatever stimuli you'd like me to do with your child.

For 4 years I was the nanny for a beautiful girl that has Rett syndrome, and couldn't talk or do anything for herself.

The "Ah Ha!" Moment! I come from a family of educators; my dad was a professor and mom was a special education teacher-- so that moment when you fascinated and educated all while having fun.
I also am very good at figuring out what the child needs when they are non verbal (baby, special needs). A crying baby is a little human with a need, and I like finding that need and helping them reduce their stress.
