A little bit about me

Hi!
My name is kat and I’m a full time -partime nanny! This isn’t my first go around I’ve home schooled and nanny both family and friends children over the past few years .
Though I’m not a parent myself I’ve always been a reliable source of a baby sitter or nanny growing up. I am an active nanny so I’d like to do activists and plan fun things to do with the kids so we all never get bored . Like go to the park or have a movie night or dance party at home ! Also including Academic games such as spellingbees and math puzzles with small rewards such as jellybeans or candy ectect .

I am not first aid certified or cpr certified if you would perfer me to acquire those practices I can .
I did however take the cpr course in highschool just haven’t renewed my card since 2015 .

I do cook and clean and take very seriously kids allergies and special dietary subs.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked in a daycare center with my mom called kreativekidz in New Orleans
I worked both in the kitchen and clean up staff . But I was there during the day and would play with the kids Nd help the teachers if needed .

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Swim,run,go to the park(water park or traditional, go to the Library or bookstore. Due to COVID all these things are limited so I’d try to make them more suitable as ideas to do at home . So make movie night ,dance party, puzzles , spelling bees, math quest , ballon fights , board games , arts and crafts , story time , make kid friendly meals such as (smoothies,sandwiches ,cookies ect ect )

The most important part about being a nanny...

That the kids are taken care of and that they are able to have fun and be kids

My experience with special needs children...

My mom was a caregiver from the time I was 8til I was about 16 I always helped her and kept the kids busy and calm. My aunt also had the same job and all her patients were children my favorite was a girl named Kay Kay she was a wonderful girl and was more considered family than anything .

The most important part about being a nanny...

One moment I remeber the two girls I was babysitting for a few days , I’d get them 3-4 days a week and I used to play this song by Tina Marie and Rick James and one day I was Going to the play room and I hear the oldest singing this one part I was know for wailing around the house randomly lol
