That a parent TRUST me with their most precious gifts, their children. It is a tremendous honor and responsibility to be a care giver. I would like to be part of the family, not a paid employee. Also being flexible because life is not a set amount of hours when it come to kiddos.

Severely brain damaged child. (No speech communication, diapers still at 8, maintaining communication on her level. Music therapy. Physical therapy exercises at home.
