I think it's important that kids enjoy going outside to play. It is also as important to reach their milestones. I Enjoy playing with the kids enjoying watching them learn and explore new things. Spending time playing games that teach them various skills. They grow so fast and need to learn so much.

To connect with the child and the families in a positive way. To be able to assist the families in anyway possible. I understand that it can be difficult at times to find a good person to care for your children. So I take this job very seriously and I always keep the children's best interest at heart. I was hired to help a young teenager to guide him with ways organize and complete his schoolwork. The child had a learning disability. I set up easy to follow plans . To prepare for upcoming exams. an due dates for projects. It went very well we worked together.
