It is important for a nanny or babysitter to be a good role model, and help kids grow. I like to do activities with children to help them be creative or active outdoors rather than be distracted with tv or electronics.

When I was in high-school, I watched a boy that was elementary age with autism and his 2 brothers. Since then, I have visited special ed. classrooms for experience throughout college and now I have a masters degree in special education grades K-12 and have taught elementary special education for 2 years.
