I feel the children need love and care, so that the parents can work and not worry about their children. I feel keeping children safe from harm and keep them learning as much as I can is very important.
My experience with special needs children...
sensory needs, i am currently working with my grandson that has multiple special needs. It requires a lot of hands on but rewarding in the end. My older son has a lot as well and requires a lot of reminding and slower explaining to his understanding and multiple repeating to get through the day. The way of understanding is slower and requires patience and understanding with a willingness to share with the children.

I love it when they chatter and carry on and on with stories of learning. I also love to watch them grow and learn and give love and cuddles. Lot of hugs. When they start to talk and repeat songs with chatter.
