"What made Katrell such a great employee was she was an extremely hard worker. She came in with a great attitude everyday. Katrell was also attentive to needs in the workplace, not only for herself but those around her. She is skilled in time management and professionalism. She was a valuable asset to our team and showed her commitment consistently! Katrell has a such a loving and charismatic personality. Her smile brightens a room on a stormy day. She was just a joy to be around and a pleasure to work with."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve worked in a daycare setting with infants and kids, i’ve worked as a peds medical assistant and I currently work part time as a registered behavioral therapist with kids with autism from ages 2-10.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy engaging with children by doing arts and crafts, playing outside, listening to nursery rhymes and dancing, reading to them and helping them in anyway possible grow while making it fun and engaging.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with the children and their families. This foundation allows you to provide not only care but also emotional support, guidance, and encouragement. A nanny isn't just there to ensure safety or complete tasks you're also a role model, someone who fosters growth, helps with learning, and creates a nurturing environment. The ability to connect with kids on their level, be patient, and offer consistency is key in helping them feel secure and confident. Being a nanny is about creating a safe space for both fun and development while being a reliable support system for the family.
My experience with special needs children...
I currently work with children with autism, some being level 1 to level 3, non-verbal and verbal, functional and non-functional. I provide therapy that helps them with the little things we take for granted somedays, I also help with behavior management and school needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I spent an afternoon doing holiday crafts with the kids. We set up a little craft station with all kinds of supplies such as paper, markers, glitter, glue, and stickers and let the kid’s creativity run wild. There was laughter as they tried to outdo each other with the most colorful, glittery designs, and I couldn’t help but smile when one of them handed me a handmade ornament, proudly declaring, 'This is for you, because you’re the best nanny!' It was such a sweet reminder of the bond we share, and the joy of making memories together during the holiday season.

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Whitsett, NC: Haylee P.
Hello! I’m Haylee! I am currently a Nursing student at Alamance community college, looking for a time to love, care, and support your kids, but the parents as well! I love volunteering at church, or at mission trips. My heart goes out for the community. I’ve chose nursing because it really is like a ministry, not a “career” in my eyes. It would be a pleasure taking care of your needs, and working around each other’s schedules to accommodate what you need!
