I have approximately 10 years of babysitting and childcare experience beginning in adolescence. Professionally, I’ve worked at Primrose School with children from about 6 months to 6 years old, as a K–3 teacher’s assistant at Panasus Preparatory School, and as a Behavioral Technician at Fraser. I also volunteered in an Early Childhood Education classroom and have completed ECE coursework.

I love outdoor activities, arts and crafts, reading, educational activities, imaginative play, baking, games, nature walks, and finding activities based on each child’s interests. I’m also happy to help with homework, learning activities, and keeping a consistent daily routine.

The most important part of being a nanny is creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, understood, and cared for. Parents are trusting you with the most important people in their lives, and I take that responsibility seriously. I also believe consistency and communication with parents are incredibly important so that I can support their routines, values, and expectations while building a genuine relationship with their children.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked as a Behavioral Technician at Fraser providing ABA-based support to children with a wide range of needs. My experience includes working with autistic and nonverbal children, children with high-intensity behaviors, Down syndrome, seizure disorders, and other developmental and medical disabilities. I’m comfortable following individualized behavioral, communication, and safety plans while remaining patient, calm, and supportive.

Some of my favorite moments are when a child becomes comfortable enough with me to completely be themselves. Whether it’s finally mastering something they’ve been working on, proudly showing me something they created, or simply getting excited when I arrive, building that trust and connection is one of my favorite parts of childcare.
