I am a resident of Hammond Indiana. My life background consists of me helping my daughter (1) by caring for my granddaughter (1). The reason I chose to work as a nanny is because I was raised by my grandmother and she taught me how to be loving & caring! My hobbies are learning new cooking recipes and writing. Nevertheless as being a mom/parent I understand how tough it can be finding childcare, especially someone you can trust and bond with. I work at a friend daycare center as needed or if I’m available. She has ages ranging from infants-5 years old. Also my experience come from being a mother & grandmother.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy watching learning channels and playing with toys amongst children. I enjoy observing how they move around & learn things at their own pace, but they still be inquisitive about any & everything lol. Usually children enjoy when you do what they love to do! So I’m pretty much a open book with kids, but for infants they just love to be held and for you to talk/play with them (silly faces & noises) etc…:

Helping families when times are hardest. It takes a village to raise children or child! That was my grandmother favorite saying.
