Hey, I’m Katrina, I am 28 years old, and I am a mom to a loving, bubbly 1 year old who I share a birthday with💕! Here is some information about my childcare background! I first had an interest in working in childcare in 2015 because my high school had a college prep class that had you working in a daycare on campus. With the neighborhood kids and it was an amazing eye opener! I graduated high school in 2016 and I instantly looked for a job to work in the daycare scene starting out as an assistant teacher for all the rooms (infant, toddler, preschool, prek-k, summer camp) and became an infant lead teacher, toddler lead teacher, and summer camp teacher. I wanted to grow my experiences more so in 2017, I pursued my dual bachelors degree in elementary and special education and graduated in 2022 and landed my first job as a certified kindergarten teacher and have been teaching Kindergarten ever since!
