A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Katy Allen, I am 20 years old and I am currently a junior at Penn State University majoring in Early Childhood Education and minoring in Special Education. I have a lot of experience with children as I have been babysitting all different age groups since I was 14! In the past, I have babysat for families who needed assistance with their children after-school, weekday nights, weekends, and even full summer days. As an education major I have a lot of experience with young children. Over the summer, I worked at a special education school caring for children with many different disabilities. I also am currently enrolled in a course in which I visit a daycare for 6 hours a week. I'm very reliable, responsible, and flexible and I am looking for a summer job in the Pittsburgh area! I can provide your children with many educational as well as fun crafts and activities, take them to explore different parks, and keep them engaged in having fun all summer long!
