Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked at aqua tots swim school for about a year, working with 6 month olds-12 year olds. After working there I began working at the children’s programs for foothills recreation. I started off being a youth soccer and basketball coach/ref before moving into the before and after school care program along with school breaks. I currently am a program leader for a summer camp aged 5-12.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe that kids are out entire future, so I find it so incredibly important to leave kids with lessons about life, I want them to feel more independent (according to age) and more confident after spending time with me. I think it is important to encourage kids to try new things, especially what they are afraid of in order to grow out of their comfort zone and experience things they wouldn’t normally choose to do.
My experience with special needs children...
While I have never actually been trained to work with special needs, I have a lot of experience through my work with autism and ADHD.
