A little bit about me

Hi my name is Kayla! I am currently searching for a full-time live-in nanny position in Ohio. I have five years of childcare experience, including three years as a preschool teacher and two years as a live in nanny for a family in Youngstown. During my time as a nanny, I cared for four children ranging in age from a 6-week-old to 7 years old. One of the children had cerebral palsy, which gave me experience working with a child who had individualized daily care needs. Through both my teaching and nanny experience, I have worked with children from newborns through early elementary age.
What I loved most about being a live-in nanny was becoming part of a family’s support system. My previous family always made me feel like part of the family, and I hope to find another family where I can build a similar long-term relationship. My previous position ended when the family relocated to be closer to relatives following a family medical situation. I am now searching for my next opportunity.
