I have worked in child welfare for almost 6 years working with families and children in crisis. Prior to this, I also worked for the Crisis Nursery assisting families in need. Growing up my mother had an in home daycare that I would also help out with, and would babysit for these families from time to time. I have a degree in psychology with a minor in child advocacy. I don’t currently have children of my own, but that is something I am working towards in the future with my fiancé. I have one 7 year old Maltese who I care for as well.
