For the little kiddos, I love to keep things fun and engaging with activities like coloring, arts and crafts, reading books, playing with toys, singing songs, dancing, and add in some educational activities if wanted. I love getting creative with them and making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and entertained while they’re in my care! There will be a lot of arts and crafts I'm an extremely creative person!

The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the child feels safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for. I think building a genuine connection with the child is really important because every child is different and has their own personality, needs, and interests. I want them to feel like they can trust me, have fun with me, and be themselves around me. It’s also important to be patient, responsible, attentive, and dependable so the parents feel comfortable knowing their child is in good hands.

I don’t have direct experience caring for children with special needs yet, but I’m open to learning and following any specific instructions or routines that would help provide the best care for your child.

My favorite nanny moment is definitely when you can tell a child has become comfortable with you. Whether it’s them wanting you to play with them, asking you to read them a story, or simply feeling safe enough to be themselves around you, those little moments mean a lot to me.
