A little bit about me

Hi all! I am currently a first year developmental psychology doctoral student! I am first aid, and CPR certified and have babysat and nannied previously. I have also taught children youth sports for over four years, as well as worked with children my entire life. I grew up with 3 younger siblings, so i'm very equipped for handling families of all sizes! I can play a few instruments, know basic ASL, love to be creative and to get outside. My goal would be to provide a fun experience for your children, and a beneficial learning one as well! Throughout my own personal learning journey, I’ve found my own joy is concurrent with supporting child learning and watching them discover the world. They are the future! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a referee and coach for youth basketball teams ranging from ages 4-12! I was also a coordinator and oversaw over 300 kids, as well as my subordinates. I am a sister of 5, with three younger siblings. I was also a pool assistant where I helped kids in swim lessons, as well as organized the lessons for the children. And most recently, I was a part time nanny to my 6 month old nephew in my time away from school :)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going on walks, and to the local parks. I love art, and have a background in ABA therapy, so have played with many different creative ideas. But most importantly, I like to play into their world. What may be fun for them is what I’d love to do!

The most important part about being a nanny...

is connecting with the kids, and making sure that they feel safe, and comfortable. As well as being able to have a fun time together, while also learning!
