The most important part of being a nanny is having compassion, patience, and being able to connect to the children. I enjoy helping the family including the parents. I like to pick up and clean while i’m babysitting to help everything run smoothly. Being a good nanny is being able to connect to the children and make them feel excited for their day and to motivate them. A great nanny keeps a good schedule as well.
