The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is something I don’t take lightly it’s not about being harsh or stern. It’s about being outgoing and caring. One thing I will forever stand by being a nanny is being a great listener it’s not about me just simply “being right because I’m older” no matter what I will always listen to what the child wants even if I know what’s needed even if I already know how things are going to play out because being heard is something that is very important. For a simple example if a child doesn’t like having to eat a certain fruit or vegetable I would ask them why and if there are any other fruits or vegetables they like and I would explain why eating fruits and vegetables is important so we can come to a common understanding what they do and don’t like.
