Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy activities with children that are both fun and help support their development. For younger children, I love doing sensory play, or reading. With older kids, I enjoy doing arts and crafts, helping with homework, going to the park or nature walks, and simple baking projects. I try to make activities reflect each child’s interests.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for a young woman with autism. We did a lot of sensory activities including arts and crafts, bracelet making, sculpture museums, and baking.
