A new toddler came into daycare for the first time, completely distraught about leaving his mom. He cried for hours and I got to nurture him and get him excited about playing and being in school! By the end of the day, he was clinging onto me crying that he was leaving! It was so sweet to see through consistent care and love he was able to be excited about being in daycare, to the point of never wanting to leave!!
