A little bit about me

I have been in the nanny industry for the past 7 years, and I have about a year and half of personal assistant experience. I am looking for a family that has had a nanny before and know the routes and way they like things done, just so we are all on the same page. I also require that the family I work for gives a W-2, a contract which states the duties and responsibilities of the job, and a yearly commitment.

A little about me, I have watched all ages of children between the ages of 6 weeks up to 17 years old. I honestly love all ages, the younger age group is great because you get to watch there little personalities blossom. While on the other hand I love watching the older age groups due to I am still young enough to relate with them and try to be a great support system but also to have firm boundaries. I also like to be there to help them understand life challenges and how to handle different situations.
