When I was teaching at both Brook Knoll Elementary and Las Lomitas Elementary school, I worked with children on the spectrum as well as aides to create individual programs and plans for success for each child on the spectrum that we were working with. Through the guidance of the aides I gained quite a bit of my own individual knowledge of how to help certain behaviors when I see them.
