More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started babysitting when I was 15 years old. When I turn 17, I started working at Concho Valley gymnastics and coached the five-year-old class and the advanced class. When I turned 18 I started working at a daycare, there I was the head infant teacher for two years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy taking the kids out on walks, so they can see nature. I also enjoy doing hands on activities that cause the kids to be involved and create a fun learning environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny for me, is creating a safe and fun environment for the kids to explore themselves and the things around them. I want the kids I watch to feel safe in my presence and that they can talk to me about anything. I also hold it to a high standard to be in good relationships with the parents so we can communicate all matters.

My experience with special needs children...

Working at both the daycare and Concho valley gymnastics I have worked with a wide range of children with all different types of disabilities. I believe I am fit to work with any kid and I am willing to learn anything in the child’s best interest.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment while nannying was this little girl that I had watched from the time she was two, till she was seven. I will never forget the day that she told me she wanted to be just like me. It reminded me why I do what I do.
