From jr high to high school I helped out with the special needs kids, I also was a nanny for a young boy who is highly autistic

The most important part about being a nanny...

These two sweet babies I was watching wanted to play in the water, so we made an obstacle course in the backyard with the water hose and buckets, etc.
Spent all day outside! And ended the day with yummy dinner and cuddled up on the couch and watched Disney movies till it was time for bed.

Another one; I was teaching this 6 yr old boy how to read, and for a week straight we worked on it every single day, and on the last day he picked up a book and started sounding out the words and read the whole thing, and the look on this sweet boys face was worth everything, he was so proud of himself. Nothing in the world could make me feel happier than that moment right there.
