I think the most important part about being a nanny is being there for not only the child but the parents. Being able to take some of that stress away from the parents so that they can come home to a clean house and fed child so they can jump in to just spend time with their kids with more ease.

My little sister was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at a very young age and being the older sister I was always the immediate protector, play mate and sometimes interpreter to adults that couldn’t always understand her.
