Most recently I cared for an 11 year old girl. It was a 24 hour shift so I was responsible for all meals and transportation within that time.

I love to do outdoors activities with the kids. Take them swimming, go to the beach or go on short hikes. Also love arts and crafts or board games if old enough.
My experience with special needs children...
I haven’t cared for children with special needs. I have worked in pediatrics for a little over 3 years, so I have seen children in the clinic with special needs. A lot of the time they were very stressed/anxious to be in a medical facility, so sometimes I would ask the parents what works best for the child and try my best to do it their way. I always tried to make them comfortable and always let them know what I was going to do before I did it.
