The most important part about being a nanny...
Gaining the children's trust, so that they become comfortable enough with me, in their parents absence. It's important for me to make them feel at ease, so that they can be themselves and thrive. I treat all children as if they were my own. I easily connect with children of all ages, i always have, since I babysat as a teen for multiple families in my neighborhood. Even now, all of my teenager's friends call me "mom" and often text me for advice. :)
