My experience with special needs children...

I have hands-on experience working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I provided one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help children develop essential life skills, improve communication, and manage behavioral challenges in a positive and structured way.

This role taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding every child’s unique needs and strengths. I worked closely with families and therapy teams to create individualized plans, track progress, and adjust strategies to best support each child.
