Is actually connecting with the kid. Sure you can watch and nanny the kid but you’re not gonna get far if you don’t actually connect with the kid you’re nannying. You need to engage and actually talk to the kids which is was I think is the most important, just connecting and actually having fun with the kid or kids!

My most favorite nanny moment was when I was taking care of three little girls and I brought my favorite movie ‘The swan princess’ and watching their amazement watching it as they were too young to have ever seen it.
