The most important part about being a nanny...

Is keeping your composure and knowing your limits. You cant deescalate situations or soothe if youre stressed out yourself and burn out happens fast if you dont handle those situations correctly.

Working at a daycare I cared with kids with high trauma, feeding tubes, and developmental delays as well as autism.

The most important part about being a nanny...

We had to walk through a hallway of offices to get our preschool class of 4 year olds outside at the daycare. And one of the ways I would make sure they had quiet voices and feet was to make them ninjas. Id encourage the office ladies not seeing them as we came by and even gave some fun ninja moves myself.
