More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Relevant experience where I have cared for children includes working at a daycare for the past two years, where I have gained experience caring for children of various ages in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. In addition, I have been babysitting for 4–6 years, helping families with daily routines, activities, meals, and supervision. These experiences have strengthened my ability to be patient, responsible, and attentive to each child's individual needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some activities I enjoy doing with children include reading, coloring, interactive learning activities, outdoor play, walks, and creative projects. At the daycare I work at, I often take children to the library, on short walks to nearby trails, and occasionally to the movies. I love being outdoors and staying active, so I especially enjoy blending education with movement whenever possible. Whether it’s exploring nature, reading stories, practicing colors and numbers, or doing hands-on activities, I always try to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting and positive relationship with both the children and their family. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and cared for, and I strive to create an environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. Being a nanny is more than just supervising children—it's about being a dependable role model, encouraging development, and helping create meaningful experiences each day.

My experience with special needs children...

My experience with special needs children includes working with children on the autism spectrum through my daycare experience. This has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and an understanding that every child has unique needs and strengths. I strive to create a supportive, structured, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, understood, and encouraged to learn and grow. I am always willing to learn more about each child's individual needs to provide the best care possible.
