Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been babysitting often since I was 12 years old I cared for a 1 month old and a 7 year old, I babysat for multiple families for years. i’m now 18

I worked at the YMCA in Indiana County PA as a swim instructor/teacher for young kids ages 6 months to 7 years of age. when I still lived out there. I recently moved out to Cleveland Ohio and I would like to work as a Nanny . I’m flexible on hours, I have background checks, abuse clearances, I have a valid Drivers License and clean record. I love going outside with kids and playing at parks reading to kids, and just being a safe space for children. My mom is a foster parent and I am adopted. I have lots of experience with special needs. I am CPR certified and trained for first aid as well.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy coloring, reading, going to parks to play, signing/dancing. learning shows and fun movies for kids like disney movies. I also enjoy getting the no mess marker and coloring book for kids a little older that like to color.

The most important part about being a nanny...

what matters to me the most about being a nanny is providing quality care for your child or children, and creating a safe loving space for them an another figure outside of their parents that they can 110% trust. I am outgoing and very loving. I am protective of the kids I babysit and I always make sure they’re taken care of and safe.

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve worked with many kids with autism and lived with foster kids in the home who were Non-Verbal. I was able to teach them a little bit and they eventually learned a few words . I know some ASL.
