A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Kiefer and have a few unique child and elderly care experiences. I have worked as a mental health worker at a residential psychiatric facility overseeing daily activities of many kids, ranging from 6 to 17 years old. I was responsible for ensuring their safety, making sure they did go up in the morning, showered, went to school, and deescalated many crises situations. I also had an internship at an alternative elementary school where I oversaw kids with behavioral issues and neurodevelopmental issues from kindergarten to fourth grade age. On top of that, I worked as an in home caregiver for the elderly population where I meal prepped, cleaned, gave medication reminders. and did safety monitoring. I also would do self employed work for families helping them with yard work and housecleaning. I have also had occasional babysitting gigs throughout high school. I have a degree in psychology, a certificate in behavior analysis, and I have FirstAid and CPR certified.
