My name is Kiersten Boehm! With over a decade of experience in various caregiving roles, I bring both a deep passion for child development and the practical skills to provide consistent, reliable, and joyful care.

Since the age of 12, I’ve cared for children of all ages and temperaments. In high school, I served as my community pool’s head lifeguard and lead swim instructor. These leadership roles deepened my love for mentoring and reinforced the importance of clear communication and trust, both with children and their families.

I hold CPR and First Aid certifications and maintain 43 continuing education credits through the Growing Futures program.

In May 2024, I graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Horticulture and Production Business. I would be honored to bring my experience, energy, and genuine care into your home.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having worked in the childcare system for more than 10 years, I have found there to be so many important parts of nannying. Narrowing it down to just one, I would say, is to create an environment where the child/children feel safe and cared for while also feeling encouraged to be their best selves. Each person has their own unique personality, and I feel it is such a blessing to be a part of it!

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with special needs children through my time as a swimming lessons instructor and assistant at a daycare center. I believe myself to be patient and understanding!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I don't think I can pick just one moment to be my favorite, but something that has happened frequently for families that I have babysat for is the children asking me to come back to hang out! I try my best to build a personal relationship with each child I care for, and love when they want to continue to work with me!
