She really spent time putting together crafts and activities that my daughter loved to do. She would work with us on what our expectations were for development. She would bring in fun activities that would help my daughter learn as she played. Kim spent a great deal of time putting thought into how to structure the day and the activities that would be educational. ​Kim is very thoughtful, respectful, and skilled. Our children both adore her and love to see her every morning. As a parent, you are always concerned about the wellbeing of your child. As my daughter grew, she was extremely knowledgeable in developmental milestones and different phases children go through as they age, which was helpful in making transitions through different developmental stages, such as potty training.
