I’m a blessed momma to four amazing children ages 26, 26, 24 and 22. Married to my crush for 31 years. My family also includes two darling rescue cats, Mr. Gus & little Miss Gracie. I was a stay-at-home mom and we were always the designated “play date” and sleepover house pre-k thru post college. I miss the days of piles of assorted shoes and mismatched socks scattered at my front door. My passion has always been to support children in a loving and nurturing manner to help them achieve their goals and dreams. No dream is too big! More about me…my husband and I met in Atlanta. We relocated here from Traverse City, MI. I love God, children, animals, nature, boating and spending time with my family. I can do overnight’s as needed with advance notice. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

In addition to raising my own four children, I volunteered at their preschool, elementary and high schools. Also, I have watched many children over the years in addition to my own babies. I started babysitting at the age of thirteen and watched children until I graduated from high school. Now I watch my nieces and nephews sweet little ones.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Reading, playing games, puzzles, playing dolls, playing with shapes/building blocks/molding clay, coloring books, trains, playing at the park, walks, learning at children’s and science museums, the zoo and more. I am interested in anything educational that can help engage children and spark their curiosity. I had two children involved in the arts singing and musical theatre. So dressing up and putting on plays and impromptu concerts to just playing make believe, I’m a big fan of creativity. My other two liked sports. I’m no athlete, but I can kick a ball around. :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

For me, taking care of someone’s most treasured gifts, their babies, would be a job of love, compassion, trust, and respect. I would put the child’s (children's) safety and care above all else on a daily basis just as if they were my own.
