I was a teacher's assistant for children with special needs to include Autism, ADHD and other behavior challenges.
I owned and operated a childcare in my home from 2010 to 2020. I cared for 8 children. 2 infants and 6 other children ages 2 to 4. My heart was so full everyday watching them grow, learn and be loved.
It was closed during the pandemic. This is when I began to nanny and found that it works better for my family and schedules.

My experience with special needs children...

I raised two children; I have 14 grandchildren. I raised one of them and am currently raising another. He is 7 years old.
Children respond very well to me, and I adore them.
