I have worked at a preschool with children in basic level classrooms as well as children with special needs. I was a flowing TA(teacher assistant) and was blessed to have cared for children with many different challenges.
The most important part about being a nanny...
This is my first nanny position but my favorite moment with one of my old students was when I leaving the classroom for the day and I didn’t plan on saying goodbye to the kids because they were watching a movie. I put my jacket on and as I was about to open the door one of the kids ran to me and yelled “Miss Kay! Miss Kay! You forgot to say bye to me” and hugged me. I was hit with so many emotions but overall it just reminded me of why I love working with children. It truly is a great feeling to know they can care for you just as much as you care for them.
