I have had the privilege of working alongside the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program at Monroe Area High School under the guidance of Dr. Margaret Stephens for two years. During this time, I gained valuable hands-on experience in early childhood care and education. I became CPR and Fire Safety certified, which enhanced my ability to provide a safe and supportive environment for young children.
In my role, I assisted in creating and implementing educational lessons tailored for toddlers, while ensuring they also had time for fun and physical activity.
Additionally, I was responsible for setting up the children's lunch, cooking seasonal meals, and creating festive classroom environments during holiday seasons.
