The most important thing is keeping your child safe and feeling secure. I also value being transparent with parents about how the day went, what happened, any concerns, etc. I think it’s important for nannies to provide environments where children can thrive; kids don’t need to be entertained, but they do need a safe, clean, and age appropriate environment for their imaginations and brains to thrive. I love seeing what creative play kids come up with!
